Paleo Roasted Brussels Sprouts


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using).

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and browned, tossing them halfway through.

  5. If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
