Paleo Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic (if using).
Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and browned, tossing them halfway through.
If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
